Guildhall Dental is located at:

between Kings Road junction and Robert Boby Way junction.


Parking

Parking is available along the roadside in Robert Boby Way and St Andrews Street South. Public parking is also available nearby in the Cattle Market, Parkway Surface and Parkway Multi-Storey car parks.

Disabled access

We welcome patients of all abilities. If you are disabled, please call us and we will do our best to help. Guildhall Dental is a fully accessible building, has disabled toilet facilities and a patient lift to the first floor. We are fully DDA compliant.

Emergency

We understand the pain that toothache can cause. Wherever possible, please contact us about your dental emergency during our practice hours. If you need to be seen on the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as you can.

In the case of an emergency that is out of hours, please call 01284 755631 listen to the answering message, which will explain what to do.

Feedback and complaints

We aim to make your treatment as pleasant as possible every time you visit us. However, if you feel you have not been treated as you would have liked, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our practice, we want to know. It is only through hearing from you that we can help and improve our service.

Please mention your concerns in the first instance to your dentist. Guildhall Dental operates an in-house complaints procedure for that adheres to nationally agreed criteria. We aim to respond to verbal and written complaints within two working days.

If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk and here you will find an online form to complete.
