With same day teeth we can place implants directly into the tooth sockets after what’s left of your natural tooth has been removed. However, this is not always possible as it depends upon there being enough strong bone within the gum. We will be able to determine whether you are suitable for fast implants when you join us for an implant assessment.

In a healthy person with a healthy mouth and bone, implant roots (the metal part) should last as long as your natural teeth. They need caring for as natural teeth do. The crowns or bridges supported by the implants can last a decade or more.
