Tim graduated from Birmingham University Dental School in 1998 and went on to gain extensive experience and training in the UK, Europe, and USA. He delivers an effective, high-quality service in a comfortable and compassionate atmosphere.

Tim provides general dental care and has a special interest in all aspects of restorative dentistry, including: simple to advanced toothwear, endodontics, periodontics, all types of fixed and removable prosthodontics and the restoration of implants. He uses his wealth of experience and training to manage cases requiring multifaceted care and to provide his patients with comprehensive and bespoke treatment plans. He is experienced in full mouth rehabilitation, smile make overs and the contemporary use of bonded composite build-ups, ceramics and the Dahl technique. Tim welcomes restorative dentistry referrals from practices in the surrounding areas.

Tim is an accredited provider of short-term cosmetic orthodontics using the CFast SmileTru system and can offer treatment options with clear aligners, fixed cosmetic braces or invisible lingual braces. He is experienced in fitting occlusal stabilisation splints and guards for problems associated with bruxism (clenching and grinding) and TMJ dysfunction, and also mandibular advancement appliances for people suffering from sleep issues, chronic mouth breathing issues and snoring.

Tim holds the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, the highly respected Diploma in Restorative Dentistry awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons, an MSc with Distinction in Restorative Dentistry from the University of Leeds, and is an Associate Fellow of the College of General Dentistry.

He has previously enjoyed being a Clinical Teacher in the Faculty of Dentistry at King’s College London (Guy’s Hospital), and a Dental Foundation Trainer/Educational Supervisor in approved practices for the Defence Dental Services. Tim has provided dental training and lectures worldwide and has published articles on Patient Safety in the UK and USA.

Tim loves spending time with his family and taking long walks in the beautiful Suffolk countryside with their springer spaniel Archie.
